1. What ZestyWorksheets is

ZestyWorksheets (zestyworksheets.com) provides free, browser-based tools for generating printable worksheets and puzzles — word searches, bingo cards, word scrambles, math worksheets, and similar. Generation happens entirely in your browser; nothing you type is uploaded to or stored on our servers.

2. No accounts, no warranty

There is no sign-up or account system. The tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of generated content. Always review a generated worksheet before distributing or using it.

3. Acceptable use

Use the generators for lawful purposes only. Don't use them to generate content that is illegal, infringing, or harassing, and don't attempt to abuse, overload, or scrape the site.

4. Your content

Any words, numbers, clues, or other content you enter stays in your browser for the purpose of generating your printable. We do not claim ownership of it and do not receive a copy of it.

5. Free tier branding and paid removal

Printables generated on the free tier include a small ZestyWorksheets footer credit. A one-time, non-subscription purchase ("Remove Branding") removes this credit sitewide on the device where it was purchased, processed via Stripe. This purchase does not create an account and is not refundable except as required by law.

6. Advertising

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZestyWorksheets and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or reliance on generated content.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
