A 5x5 grid needs 24 items (with the free space), but going to 30-40 items means each printed card draws a different mix — more variety keeps repeat games interesting.
Match grid size to the crowd
A 3x3 or 4x4 grid finishes faster and suits younger kids or a quick icebreaker round. Save 5x5 for a longer game with more players.
Keep your item list as the caller sheet
Whatever you type into the generator doubles as your calling list during the game — no need to write it out twice.
Print a few spares
Since every card in a batch is unique, printing 2-3 more than your headcount gives latecomers a card without reprinting the whole batch.

- Yes. Each card in a batch is checked against the others so no two cards in the same print run are identical, as long as your item list is long enough for the grid size you pick.
- How many items do I need?
- You need at least as many items as cells in the grid — 25 for a 5x5 card (24 with a free space), 16 for 4x4, or 9 for 3x3. More items than that gives more variety across cards.
- Can I use numbers instead of words?
- Yes. The item list accepts anything — words, phrases, or numbers, one per line.
- How many bingo cards can I print at once?

- How do I call the game once cards are printed?
